Information we collect

Account information. When you sign in, we create a Firebase Authentication account tied to your email address.

Usage data. We store server-side records related to your account, including credit balance (user_credits) and AI usage (user_ai_usage).

Local device data. Audition entries, saved sides, and recordings are stored on your device unless you choose to share them through app features.

Script content. Pasted script text is not stored in our Firestore database. Script content is sent to our AI provider only when you run a scene playback or analysis request.

How we use information

We use your information to authenticate you, provide app features, track AI credit usage, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, and improve the service.

Third-party services

We use Firebase (Google) for authentication and account data, Apple App Store and Google Play for subscription billing, and third-party AI providers to power voice and scene analysis features. Those services process data according to their own policies.

Data retention

We retain account and usage data while your account is active. If you request deletion, we process requests within 30 days and may retain limited records if required by law or for fraud prevention. See our account deletion page for details.

Your choices

You can delete local app data by uninstalling the app or clearing app data on your device. You can request deletion of your account and server-side data at ectorapp.net/delete-account.
