Request ECTOR account deletion

To delete your ECTOR account and associated server-side data, email wade@ectorapp.net with the subject “Account deletion request” from the email address linked to your account.

Include your account email and, if possible, your Firebase user ID (shown in the app when you request deletion from Settings).

We will delete

Your Firebase Authentication account and Firestore records (user_credits, user_ai_usage) tied to your account.

Stored on your device only

Audition entries, saved sides, and local recordings. Remove these by deleting the app or clearing app data on your device.

What we don't store

Pasted script text is not stored in Firestore. Script content is only sent to our AI provider when you run a scene or analysis request.

Subscriptions

Cancel your ECTOR Pro subscription in Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS) before or when you request deletion. Subscription management is handled by the store; we cannot cancel it for you.

Retention

We process deletion requests within 30 days and may retain limited records if required by law or for fraud prevention.
