Terms of Service

By downloading or using ECTOR, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The service

ECTOR is an AI-powered rehearsal tool for actors. It helps you parse sides, rehearse scenes, and analyze scripts. ECTOR is a practice aid and does not guarantee audition outcomes or professional results.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity under your account. Provide accurate account information and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to reverse engineer it, interfere with its operation, or use it in violation of applicable law. You are responsible for the scripts and content you submit to the app.

Subscriptions

ECTOR Pro subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by the store where you subscribed. We do not process subscription payments directly and cannot cancel a store subscription for you.

AI features

AI-generated voices, analyses, and other outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review outputs before relying on them. Script content you submit may be processed by third-party AI providers to deliver app features.

Disclaimer

ECTOR is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ECTOR and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ECTOR after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
