ECTOR Terms of Use

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ECTOR, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app or services.

Accounts and Eligibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Subscriptions and Credits

ECTOR Pro is billed through Apple in-app purchases and may renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple account settings. AI feature usage is credit-based. Credit balances, allowances, and pricing may change based on your active plan and billing status.

AI Features and Disclaimer

ECTOR provides AI-generated voice and analysis tools for creative rehearsal support. AI outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for how you interpret and use generated results. ECTOR does not guarantee audition, callback, booking, or career outcomes.

User Content and Rights

You retain ownership of your scripts, recordings, and other content you submit. You grant ECTOR a limited license to process that content only to provide requested app features. You represent that you have the rights needed to upload and use submitted content.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with operations, reverse engineer protected components, or use ECTOR for illegal, infringing, or abusive activity.

Third-Party Services

ECTOR integrates with third-party services including Firebase, RevenueCat, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, and Apple in-app purchases. Use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

Service Availability and Liability

ECTOR is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ECTOR disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes and Termination

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the service.
